Frequently asked questions about Stanley Tumblers

Does the Stanley Quencher leak?

Quencher models have a "splash-resistant" lid but aren't fully leakproof. The IceFlow or AeroLight series are better suited for carrying in a bag.

Are Stanley tumblers dishwasher safe?

Many modern Stanley models (especially the Quencher and IceFlow) are listed as dishwasher-safe. However, handwashing is always recommended to extend the life of the color and coating. Be sure to check the care instructions on the bottom of the product.

How long does a Stanley tumbler keep drinks cold?

Insulation performance varies by model, but Stanley IceFlow models can keep your drinks cold for up to 48 hours with ice. For Quencher models, this ranges from about 11 hours (cold) to 2 days (iced).

What's the difference between AeroLight and standard Stanley models?

The Stanley AeroLight series is made using a special lightweight steel technology. It is about 33% lighter than standard vacuum bottles and delivers high insulation performance without the extra weight.

How do you clean Stanley straw tumblers?

All parts of the straw models come apart. You can clean the inside of the straw with a straw brush and wash the lid on the top rack of the dishwasher or by hand.
