Using the insole from one of your existing shoes as a template, trim the toe end of your Footbalance insole neatly to match its size.
Place your insoles upside down in an oven preheated to 80°C and leave them in for 5 minutes.
Carefully remove the insoles from the oven, place them in your shoes, put the shoes on and walk for 5 minutes so the insoles mold to your feet.
Your perfect insoles, made just for you and an exact fit for your feet, are ready!
The Footbalance Motto: Your Feet Are Your Foundation
Rooted in medicine and science, Footbalance's philosophy links the overall health of the body to healthy feet. “Everything starts with your feet”: with this phrase, Footbalance emphasizes the importance of foot health, aiming to minimize often-overlooked foot problems with personalized products that are accessible to everyone. Believing that far too little attention is paid to the feet, which keep the body upright all day and carry all its weight, and that little effort is usually made to improve foot health, the brand plans to change this with its proprietary technology. Once you start wearing custom insoles, the positive effects are immediately noticeable: you feel the restored balance in every step throughout your whole body.
What Problems Can Unbalanced Steps Cause?
Feet that aren't properly aligned and don't step evenly can lead to many problems, including chronic pain you'd never think could stem from a balance issue in your feet. While conditions such as hallux valgus (bunions), heel spurs and flat feet usually come to mind, poorly aligned and unbalanced feet can also cause pain in the neck, back, lower back, knees and ankles. Once you start using Footbalance's custom products, shaped to you with its patented technology, the balance of the most important area for keeping your body healthily upright is restored, which can help reduce these kinds of chronic problems.
Who Are Footbalance Products For?
Contrary to popular belief, Footbalance isn't just for people who need orthopedic support or have chronic problems; its custom-molded products support everyone's daily life and athletic activities. Popular in basketball, soccer and many other sports, the insoles improve athletes' performance. They're also used by women and men of all ages to improve foot health. Besides easing existing problems to some extent, the insoles provide good balance, helping prevent injuries caused by imbalance. In fact, an independent study by the University of Jyväskylä (Finland) and the University of Salzburg (Austria) found that custom-molded insoles have the potential to reduce the risk of injury.

Technical Details
Footbalance insoles are made for sports, medical support and everyday use. The insoles consist of four layers. The bottom layer is a biomechanically aligned heel layer designed around the body's movements. Just above it is the patented balance layer. The middle layer is a cushioning layer that acts like a defender, protecting you against impact. With a stylish suede finish, the top layer is antibacterial and designed to last.
