SHIPPING AND DELIVERY INFORMATION

Orders placed on weekends and public holidays are processed and shipped on the next business day.

Due to our limited weekend working hours, orders placed on Friday may be shipped on Monday.

SHIPPING TERMS AND FEES

Shipping is free on all domestic orders of 4000 TL or more from Stilefit.com. If your order is under 4000 TL, a shipping fee of 49.90 TL is added to your order total.
We work with HepsiJET for shipments within Turkey, and unless there is a delay due to force majeure, we deliver your package to your address within 1-3 business days depending on your province.
For international shipments, the carriers we work with vary by country and region. FEDEX and PTT Kargo are our main carriers.
The flat shipping fee for international shipments is 30USD; you can learn about the general terms by emailing destek@stilefit.com.
For shipments to the TRNC (Northern Cyprus), a minimum shipping fee of 500TL is added.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Your orders are sent by standard shipping with our partner carriers. Delivery times vary depending on the address. Domestic shipments are delivered within a maximum of 3 business days, while this may take longer for international shipments.
You can easily track your shipment with the tracking number sent to your email address.
