SHIPPING AND DELIVERY INFORMATION

Orders placed on weekends and public holidays are processed and shipped on the next business day.

Due to our limited weekend working hours, orders placed on Friday may be shipped on Monday.

SHIPPING TERMS AND FEES

Shipping is free on all domestic orders of 4000 TL or more at Stilefit.com. If your order is under 4000 TL, a 49.90 TL shipping fee is added to the order total.
We ship within Turkey with HepsiJET, and barring delays due to force majeure, your packages are delivered to your address within 1-3 business days depending on your province.
For international shipments, the carriers we use vary by country and region. FEDEX and PTT Kargo are our main carriers.
The flat shipping fee for international shipments is 30USD; you can learn about the general terms by emailing destek@stilefit.com.
For shipments to the TRNC (Northern Cyprus), a minimum shipping fee of 500TL is added.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Your orders are shipped via standard service with our partner carriers. Delivery times vary depending on the address. Domestic shipments are delivered within a maximum of 3 business days, while international shipments may take longer.
You can easily track your shipment with the tracking number sent to your email address.
