• Remove the insole from one of your current shoes and use it as a template for QuickFit Balance. If there's a length difference between the two insoles, trim the new one to match the template.
• Preheat your oven to 80°C, place your QuickFit insoles upside down in the oven and leave them for 5 minutes.
• Carefully remove your orthotic insoles from the oven, place them in your shoes, then put the shoes on and walk — this way, the insoles mold to your feet.
