Made for women and men with narrow feet, Footbalance QUICKFIT BALANCE Narrow custom insoles are compatible with all shoes. They can easily be removed and moved to another pair. Ideal for everyday wear and suitable for light exercise. Designed by doctors to relieve problems such as plantar fasciitis, foot pain, heel pain, shin splints and heel spurs, these special products provide biomechanical support for all arch types.

How Are the Insoles Customized?
At home, in as little as 10 minutes, you can mold your insoles to the shape of your own feet and get relief from many foot-related problems. The steps are simple, and the results are impressively effective. Thanks to QuickFit Balance Narrow's patented technology, the insoles react to heat and take the shape of your foot when you follow these steps:
- Remove the insole from one of your current shoes and use it as a template for your QuickFit Balance Narrow insoles. If the two insoles differ in length, trim the new one to match the template of your current insole.
- Preheat your oven to 80°C, place the QuickFit Balance Narrow insoles upside down in the oven and leave them for 5 minutes.
- Carefully take the insoles out of the oven, place them in your shoes, then put on the shoes and walk; this way, the insoles mold to your feet.
