The Footbalance QuickFit Control Insole series is suitable for snug-fitting shoes worn during sports. The balance layer in the insole maximizes motion control.

Made for both women and men, these custom insoles work with all shoes and can easily be removed and moved to another pair. Designed by doctors to relieve problems such as plantar fasciitis, foot pain, heel pain, shin splints and heel spurs, these special products provide biomedical support for every type of arch.

By supporting balanced foot strike, they improve exercise performance and help correct posture problems. They help prevent accidents caused by poor balance, speed up recovery from existing foot problems and greatly relieve discomfort, even if they don't eliminate it completely.

At home, in just 10 minutes, you can mold your insoles to the shape of your feet and get relief from many foot problems. The steps are simple and the results are impressively effective. Thanks to QuickFit Control's patented technology, the insoles react to heat and take the shape of your foot when you follow these steps:

• Remove the insole from one of your current shoes and use it as a template for your QuickFit Control insoles. If the two insoles differ in length, trim the new one to match the template.
• Preheat your oven to 80°C, place the QuickFit Control insoles in the oven upside down and leave them for 5 minutes.
• Carefully take the insoles out of the oven, place them in your shoes, then put the shoes on and walk so the insoles mold to your feet.

QuickFit insoles offer different levels of cushioning, and their firmness levels vary. Each one is basically made up of 4 layers.
