How to Use Manduka Yoga Grip Gel

• Shake well before use.
• To open the cap, pull it upward; don't twist it open.
• We recommend starting with a small drop about 1 centimeter in diameter in your palm. Apply it to your fingers and palms, and to your feet if you like.
• Rub your hands together and let it dry.
• It's normal for a white, powdery layer to appear where you applied the product.
• You can simply wipe this layer off with a towel; the grip won't be lost.
• It won't damage clothing or yoga equipment.
• Easily washes off with soap and water.
• Remember to close the cap carefully to keep it airtight
• Once your hands and feet are dry, you can start your practice. Reapply if needed.
• To remove the product from your skin, wash your hands and feet thoroughly with soapy water or hand sanitizer
